Cancellation and Refund Request

In exceptional situations, if you think there is an error or something went wrong with your purchase, you can write to us for a cancellation request. The request contains the following details:

  3. Contact e-mail and phone number
  4. Service/Software Details
  5. Payment amount, date of payment, used payment method (i.e., credit/debit cards)
  6. Payment identification number
  7. The reasons for the cancellation
